Regina is a dedicated traditional naturopath, somatic educator, and certified structural integrator with over 10 years of experience in holistic health and wellness. Combining natural medicine with body-centered therapies, Regina specializes in Women’s Wellness and Metabolic Health by focusing on treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Through an integrative approach, she addresses the root causes using herbal remedies, homeopathy, nutrition, somatic therapies, and lifestyle modifications to restore balance. She has special interest in supporting women through metabolic shifts, post-partum and menopause transitions, and helping all women increase body appreciation and self- sovereignty.
